Technical Consulting
We’re the team behind your team.
Independent technical consulting for the people technology depends on. We design it, review it, or de-risk it, then hand it back to your team.
When firms call us
Some problems are bigger than your bench.
Not because the team isn’t good. Because depth, capacity and independence are different things from skill, and you only need some of them occasionally.
- A decision too expensive to get wrong
- Architecture choices compound. Someone needs to model it properly before the purchase order goes out, not after the rebuild starts.
- A specialist for one project, not a sixth hire
- The depth you need for eleven weeks isn’t a full-time role, and the people who have it aren’t on the market when you need them.
- Capacity after a big win
- The engagement landed. Now you need three senior engineers who already know how to do this, starting soon.
- An independent read on a vendor’s design
- When the vendor is also the advisor, nobody tells you the design is wrong until it’s built. A named lead engineer reviews it and hands the review back to you, documented.
The six disciplines
Six disciplines. One standard.
Network
Architecture, segmentation, and wireless design that survives the site survey.
Infrastructure
Data center, virtualization, and disaster recovery design, reviewed before you buy.
Cloud
Migration strategy and architecture. Vendor-neutral by design.
Connectivity
Carrier selection, circuit and SD-WAN design, requirements you can actually bid.
Cybersecurity
Assessments, hardening plans, and design reviews, prioritised by what the risk warrants.
Compliance
Framework readiness and evidence that holds up to an auditor.
Not sure which one you need? Describe the decision and we’ll point you at the right discipline, or tell you that you don’t need us. Scope an engagement arrow_forward
How the engagement works
Named engagements. Signed deliverables.
Vendor-neutral by design. If the design in front of you is sound, we’ll say so and go home. And when the answer belongs to a sister company, IZT CLOUD for voice and connectivity or IZT APPS for software and integrations, we say so rather than stretching to cover it.
Work is attributable to IZT TECH and never white-labelled behind another firm’s logo. An advisor hiding behind your logo can’t give you an independent check. Ours is a review you can put in front of a client, a board, or an auditor, with a name on it.
Engagements are scoped like projects: a written scope, a named lead engineer, a defined deliverable and an end date. We’d rather finish and leave than sit on an open retainer, so the work is documented well enough that a different engineer can implement it without calling us.
The other practice
And when the problem isn’t technical.
IZT Frontline is sales as a service that actually sells: embedded, US-based sales teams that run your outbound rather than coaching you to. Operators, not advisors. Real execution starting week 2, measured in closed revenue.
Scope an engagement
Tell us the decision you’re trying to make. We’ll tell you whether it’s an engagement, a referral to one of our sister divisions, or something you don’t need us for.
A written scope, a deliverable, and an end date. Tell us the decision and we’ll tell you what it takes.
