Vendor-neutral by design
We work across vendors, so a design starts from what your environment needs. If the design in front of you is sound, we’ll say so and go home.
How we work
Every engagement has a written scope, a named lead, a deliverable and an end date. Here is what that actually looks like.
The shape of an engagement
Not a discovery phase. Tell us the call you have to make and the date you have to make it by. If it isn’t work for us, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
Scope, deliverable, named lead and end date, agreed before anything starts. You know what you’re getting and what it costs before we begin.
Typically weeks rather than quarters. A single-site wireless design, a segmentation review or a migration assessment is a bounded piece of work, not an open-ended retainer.
The engagement ends with a handoff session and a document set your team owns outright. You shouldn’t need to call us again to understand it. You can hand it to any integrator to implement.
What holds across all of them
We work across vendors, so a design starts from what your environment needs. If the design in front of you is sound, we’ll say so and go home.
Work is attributable to IZT TECH and never white-labelled. A review you can put in front of a client, a board or an auditor, with a name on it.
The scope is agreed in writing before anything starts, and it varies by what a client or partner needs. The engagement ends when the deliverable is handed over.
Voice belongs to IZT CLOUD, software to IZT APPS. We’d rather refer you inside the group than stretch to cover something we don’t do.
Tell us the decision you’re trying to make. We’ll tell you whether it’s an engagement, a referral to one of our sister divisions, or something you don’t need us for.
We’re here for you, so you can focus on what matters.
